Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had nicely decorated rooms with good quality furnishings and plenty of space and storage, but the steep steps from the road/car park level to the property entrance made it challenging, especially for those with mobility issues. The value for the money paid was questionable, considering that other guests who booked directly may have received better rooms at possibly lower rates.
The hotel was so clean and fresh, including the rooms, and the whole property was beautifully decorated. The off-street parking, though at the very top of the building with lots of stairs, was convenient. The complementary breakfast was good, but I would have liked the option for a full English breakfast.
I was out of breath by the time I reached my room, but the view from the bedroom window at the front of the property was lovely. The room of choice was clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay. The service, from the owner to the staff, was of an excellent standard, using good quality ingredients for any requests. The location was perfect, being at the top end of Llandudno near Great Orme and close to the town center while situated on a very quiet road. The dining experience was great, offering a variety of well-prepared and cooked dishes, but it fell a bit below similar standards in some aspects. The facilities were sufficient, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay.
